Op. income = operating income. The RUPTL (Rencana Umum Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik) is the ten-year power sector expansion plan, prepared and revised by PLN annually. PLN’s purchase power expenses for 2019 and 2020 are estimated based on RUPTL 2019 28 and government subsidy levels are assumed to target stable operating income at 2018 levels.
