The Construction Law (1994)

The Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (Journal Laws of 2013, Pos. 1409, as amended)
This act regulates activities involving matters of design, construction, maintenance and demolition of buildings and defines the principles of operation of the public administration in these areas.
This act among other obliges the Minister responsible for construction, local planning and zoning, and housing to determine by regulation, technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (this regulation specifies requirements for buildings in terms of minimum energy performance requirements, thermal insulation and other requirements relating to energy savings).
It also obliges the Minister responsible for construction, local planning and zoning, and housing to determine by regulation, detailed scope and form of the construction project, taking into account the content of the construction project.
